I appreciated the deep green decor throughout the hotel! it gave a calming effect. the beds and pillows were comfortable. the staff was helpful. They answered all my questions.
the room i had was small, there wasn't much space for luggage. there was also very little space to walk around, a little inconvenient. it, especially after a long day.

i enjoyed the coffee shop on the second floor, i found the espresso consistently well-made there. the location worked for me since it was close to subway stations, this made getting around convenient. the staff was polite and helpful, i noticed their professionalism during check-in.
the blinds didn't block light effectively! i woke up earlier than planned due to the sunrise.

The room i got was quite small , and that was a problem. there was also dust in the corners , i found some in certain areas. what really bothered me was the missing piece of clothing . It disappeared from my room. i think they probably threw it away by accident , but it still was like a violation of privacy.
